## Signup handoff

Use supplied venue details; confirm guesses. POST only for a requested signup.
Require HTTP 200, ok=true and next.plans. Select plan.id and checkoutOptions.interval; give the selected returned url to the person. They approve Stripe checkout, verify email and finish their venue profile. Saving details alone activates nothing. Scale's ID is done-for-you.

## Outcomes

200: inspect ok and result fields. 422: correct error fields. 429: stop.
Do not auto-retry an uncertain POST. Check/report receipts are not completed checks or fixes.
