Usually because other sources talk about them more, or more clearly: reviews that mention what guests ask for, guide listings, and a website AI can read. Our weekly reports show who AI names instead of you, and which sources it quotes.

### AI recommends my hotel but links Booking.com. Can you fix that?

Your report shows which URLs the sampled answers cite. Use that evidence to improve your own room details and direct booking links. We cannot control which site an AI assistant links. Our separate agent booking service tests the booking flow on your website.

### Do you work with B&Bs and small hotels?
