llms.txt is a simple text file at the root of a website that tells AI tools what the site is and where the important pages are. It was proposed in 2024 and is slowly being adopted.

## What it can do

Give AI tools a quick, clean summary: who you are, where you are, your key pages (rooms, menu, booking, policies).

## What it can't do

It's not a ranking signal you can rely on, and not every AI tool reads it. It won't fix wrong listings or missing reviews.

## Should you have one?

It's cheap and harmless, so it's worth adding once the basics are right. [Ours](https://akkrev.com/llms.txt) is an example.
