## Why pubs with rooms are tricky for agents

**Two systems.** Rooms are booked in one system and tables in another. Guests often want both ("book us a room and dinner on Saturday"). An agent may manage the room but not the table, or neither, if the systems are on different pages with different logins.

**Dinner, bed and breakfast packages.** Package rates are popular but often presented as offers with separate links, terms and minimum stays. An agent comparing prices may not find them, or may not understand what's included.
