Can AI agents book hotels and inns that use WebRezPro?
USUpdated By Akkrev
WebRezPro is a Calgary-based cloud PMS with a booking engine, used by hotels, inns, rentals and campgrounds since 2003. Not yet tested in the Index.
WebRezPro is a cloud property management system launched in Canada in 2003, a product of Calgary-based World Web Technologies. It serves hotels and motels, inns and B&Bs, vacation rentals, hostels, campgrounds and RV parks, and multi-property operators, and includes a booking engine for direct reservations on the property’s own website.
Its long history means it runs behind many independent North American properties whose websites have been through several redesigns, sometimes with the booking engine linked in different ways over the years.
Status in the Agent Booking Index
Not yet tested. The 20 October pilot covered UK hotels only. WebRezPro is on the list for the first North American round.
Older websites, newer agents
Properties that have used the same booking engine for many years sometimes carry old links, widgets or “book now” buttons that point to outdated pages. A guest clicks through anyway; an agent may follow the first link it finds. Checking that every booking link on the site goes to the live engine is a simple, useful test.
What to check if your property uses WebRezPro
- Do all “Book” links on your site point to the same, current booking page?
- Are taxes and mandatory fees shown before the guest’s details?
- For extended stays, does the online total reflect weekly or monthly pricing?
- Can an AI agent reach a price for two named nights?
What this means for AI recommendations
WebRezPro hotels and inns win AI answers through clear facts on their own site, a complete Google profile and good reviews.
