Share of voice measures how often AI names your business compared with competitors across a set of questions.
Share of voice is the share of all business mentions in AI answers that are yours, across a fixed set of questions and assistants.
If AI names ten venues 100 times in total across your questions, and 12 of those mentions are you, your share of voice is 12%.
