Can AI agents book properties that use Beds24?
Updated By Akkrev
Beds24 combines a channel manager, booking engine and PMS for rentals, B&Bs and small hotels, with pay-as-you-go pricing. Not yet tested in the Index.
Beds24 is cloud-based hospitality software that combines a channel manager connected to more than 60 channels, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo, a commission-free booking engine for the property’s own website, and a property management system. It serves vacation rentals, hotels, B&Bs, hostels, campgrounds and property managers, and says professional managers in over 150 countries use it. Pricing is pay-as-you-go, with no contract or commission.
Beds24 is flexible and highly configurable, which is one reason it’s popular with technically confident owners and managers of mixed portfolios.

Why configuration matters
Flexible systems let each property set up its booking page differently: embedded widget or separate page, different date pickers, different rules for minimum stays, deposits and extras. For agents, that may mean two properties on Beds24 behave quite differently. Results for any configurable engine are more about the property’s setup than the engine itself.
What to check if your property uses Beds24
- Which booking page format do you use, and is it linked from your homepage?
- Are cleaning or booking fees included in the first price a guest sees?
- Do your listings on Airbnb or Booking.com show a clearer total than your own site?
- Can an AI agent reach a price for two named nights on your own site?
What this means for AI recommendations
Whatever engine you use, AI recommends properties based on what it can read across the web. If room details live only inside the engine, AI will describe you from OTA listings instead.
