eviivo is an all-in-one hospitality platform, eviivo Suite, that combines property management, channel management, a website and booking engine, payments, guest messaging, reporting and AI pricing. It serves B&Bs and inns, short-term rental operators, hotels and motels, individual hosts and campgrounds, and says it has more than 28,000 properties in 70 countries.
eviivo has a strong base among UK B&Bs, guesthouses and small hotels, the kind of places guests ask AI to find for walking breaks and weekends away.
eviivo and AI distribution
eviivo is among the technology providers that DirectBooker lists as partners for bringing hotels’ live rates into ChatGPT and Claude, with links to the property’s own booking page. That helps a property be shown with a correct price. Completing the booking still happens on the eviivo booking engine.
Status in the Agent Booking Index
Not yet tested. No eviivo properties were in the 20 October pilot. It’s a priority for the next round because of how many small UK properties use it.
What to check if your property uses eviivo
- Is your booking page reachable from your homepage with a plain link?
- Are your room types described in text (beds, en suite or shared bathroom, ground floor)?
- Do weekend minimum stays show as a message or as unavailable dates?
- Does an AI agent asked to book two named nights reach a price and the payment step?
What this means for AI recommendations
Small properties on eviivo can be well described to AI with little effort: a complete Google profile and clear facts on your own site go a long way.
