Guesty is a property management platform for short-term and vacation rentals, founded in 2013. It covers multi-calendar booking management, channel management, task management, guest messaging, payments and owner statements, and offers a customizable booking engine for commission-free direct bookings on the manager’s own website, along with website templates and marketing services. It also has “Guesty for Hosts” for individual hosts.
What makes rental booking harder for agents
Short-term rental bookings may involve steps an agent can’t complete for a guest: signing a rental agreement, verifying identity, or arranging a security deposit. Where those steps sit in the flow matters. Before payment, they may stop an agent; after payment, they become follow-up tasks for the guest.

Not yet tested. The 20 October pilot covered UK hotels only. Guesty will be tested in a later round focused on vacation rentals.
