OwnerRez is a US-focused vacation rental property management system, popular with professional managers of small to mid-sized portfolios. It connects to channels such as Vrbo, Airbnb, Booking.com and Google Vacation Rentals, syncs with QuickBooks, offers owner portals and guest messaging, and includes hosted direct booking websites with custom domains. Published summaries describe subscription pricing based on property count, with no booking commissions.
Direct sites and agents
OwnerRez’s hosted websites are built for commission-free direct bookings, which is exactly the route AI agents can use to book a rental without a platform. Whether they do depends on the details of each site: how fees appear, how the calendar handles minimum stays, and whether steps like rental agreements come before payment.
Status in the Agent Booking Index
Not yet tested. The 20 October pilot covered UK hotels only. OwnerRez will be tested in a later round focused on US vacation rentals.
